Certificate Replacement

Do you need additional copies of CEU certificate(s) for programs in which you have participated? If so, click here to access the online certificate replacement application. The fee for replacement certificates is $5.00 per certificate.

Test Preparation Registration

Are you interested in one or more of our test preparation programs – perhaps for the GRE, SAT/ACT, LSAT, or GMAT? A confirmation email will be sent to you once your application and payment have been processed.

• Please provide the most current address information. This information is used to create your permanent records and is used to mail your certificates.

• Be sure to write legibly on all forms to ensure accurate documentation and timely processing of your information.
